Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to drive business growth for our BPO division. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  1. Generate new business opportunities for Inbound, Outbound, Customer Support, Technical Support, Tele-sales, Collections, and Back-office processes.
  2. Identify and acquire enterprise, SME, and startup clients.
  3. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  4. Build a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events.

Client Management

  1. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  2. Prepare proposals, commercials, and service agreements.
  3. Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership

  1. Lead and mentor the sales and business development team.
  2. Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  3. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
  4. Develop sales processes and best practices.

Market Intelligence

  1. Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  2. Identify new service offerings and growth opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with operations and recruitment teams for solution selling.

Revenue & P&L Management

  1. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Manage sales forecasting and revenue planning.
  3. Monitor profitability and client account performance.
  4. Support budgeting and business expansion initiatives.
