🔹 Job Responsibilities:
* Handle merchant queries through calls, emails & WhatsApp
* Resolve issues related to POS machines, transactions & settlements
* Conduct welcome calls and guide merchants on product usage
* Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution
* Educate merchants about offers and campaigns
* Promote additional services (Upselling/Cross-selling)
* Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions
🔹 Required Skills:
* Good communication skills in English & Hindi
* Customer handling and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage high call volumes
* Basic knowledge of POS, UPI & digital payments
* CRM/Ticketing system knowledge is an added advantage
🎓 Eligibility:
* Minimum 10th Pass
* Age below 35 years
