Position Title: Relationship Manager – Personal Loan / Business Loan (Fintech Sales)

Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager – PL/BL (Fintech) will be responsible for driving Personal Loan and Business Loan sales through digital, field, and partner channels. The role focuses on sourcing high-quality leads, managing end-to-end loan journeys on fintech platforms, and delivering a seamless, technology-driven customer experience. The incumbent will work closely with internal credit, operations, product, and tech teams to ensure fast turnaround times and high conversion ratios.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Digital Business Development
> Source and close Personal Loan and Business Loan opportunities through fintech platforms, digital leads, tele-sales, and field sourcing.
> Drive conversions from app-based, website, and marketplace leads.
> Onboard and manage DSAs, channel partners, fintech aggregators, and referral partners.
> Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly PL/BL disbursement and login targets.
> Conduct customer and partner meetings to build a strong local presence in assigned geography.
2. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
> Own the complete customer journey from lead generation to loan disbursement on fintech systems.
> Provide real-time assistance to customers for digital onboarding, e-KYC, and documentation uploads.
> Educate customers on fintech-enabled loan products, pricing, tenure options, and digital repayment mechanisms.
> Ensure quick resolution of customer queries through CRM tools and support platforms.
3. Loan Process & Platform Management
> Assist customers with online loan applications, e-signing, and digital documentation.
> Coordinate with credit, risk, and underwriting teams to ensure faster approvals and minimal TAT.
> Track applications using CRM, LMS, and internal dashboards.
> Ensure smooth and timely disbursement through digital and banking integrations.
4. Market & Product Intelligence
> Monitor fintech market trends, competitor offerings, interest rates, and customer behavior.
> Share on-ground feedback with product, tech, and marketing teams to improve journey and conversion.
> Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities using customer data insights.
5. Compliance, Risk & Documentation
> Ensure adherence to fintech-specific KYC, AML, and digital compliance standards.
> Maintain accuracy and completeness of digital documentation as per regulatory and internal policies.
> Support audits and internal checks related to loan sourcing and documentation.
6. Reporting, Analytics & Performance Tracking
> Maintain daily MIS on logins, approvals, disbursements, and conversion ratios.
> Track funnel metrics and productivity using fintech dashboards and analytics tools.
